BRAVEHEART

Holiday4Hearts · By BraveHeart First Aid

A little holiday cheer.
A lasting gift for the Valley.

Businesses supporting the charities that care for our Annapolis Valley community. A Holiday Wreath on a local door, and an AED that could one day help save someone’s life.

$65 CAD, HST includedper Holiday Wreath · delivered with your name on the tag

An evergreen Holiday Wreath with a deep pink bow and a blank gift tag hangs on a white front door, with a warm window beside it.

Each participating business purchases a Holiday Wreath for a local charity or community organization in the Annapolis Valley. We’ll pair you with a recipient, add a gift tag with your business name or your own name, and deliver it to their door during the holidays. After campaign costs, the money raised helps provide a community AED and guidance on using and caring for it.

Long after the decorations come down, the gift stays.

  1. 01

    A little gift from you

Choose one or more. We’ll put your business name or your own name on each gift tag.

  2. 02

    A smile on their doorstep

We pair you with a local charity or community organization and deliver your Holiday Wreath to their door.

  3. 03

An AED for the years ahead

After campaign costs, the money raised helps fund a community AED and guidance on using and caring for it.

Where the money goes

The Holiday Wreath is the beginning. The AED is the lasting gift.

Each sponsorship covers the Holiday Wreath, delivery and other campaign costs first. The money left helps provide an AED for a community organization, along with guidance on using it and keeping it ready.

This year’s award: a LIFEPAK CR2 Defibrillator, a Type 1 Personal First Aid Kit and an AED prep kit.

Funding and purchase details

However many Holiday Wreaths sell, the AED is awarded. BraveHeart covers any difference.

Sponsorships are final once paid. If we cancel the campaign, every sponsor gets a full refund.

A Holiday Wreath sponsorship is a purchase from BraveHeart First Aid. You receive a purchase receipt, not a charitable tax receipt.

The gifts that stayed

Five AEDs.
So much local heart.

Your questions

A few practical details

Can we sponsor more than one Holiday Wreath?
Yes. Choose how many on the form. Every Holiday Wreath on one order carries the same name on its tag; for different names, place separate orders.
Who receives our Holiday Wreath?
You’re welcome to suggest a local charity or community organization you’d like your Holiday Wreath to go to. We’ll do our best to honour your preference, but can’t guarantee it. Our team will confirm the recipient and arrange delivery.
Does every Holiday Wreath pay for an AED?
No. Sponsorships contribute together. After Holiday Wreaths, delivery and other campaign costs, the remaining money supports the community AED award.
Will you publish our business’s name?
Your name goes on the Holiday Wreath tag. We’ll only recognize you publicly as a sponsor if you give us permission.
Can we sponsor a Holiday Wreath and apply for the AED?
Yes. The two are separate. Applying is free and a sponsorship does not give an application priority.
Will we receive a tax receipt?
You receive a purchase receipt from BraveHeart First Aid, not a charitable tax receipt.
