What you will learn

This Red Cross course covers both medical theory and practical hands-on scenarios in an interactive, supportive classroom.

How to manage asthma attacks, severe allergic reactions (Epipens), and choking emergencies.

Bleeding Control & Wound Care

Hands-on practice applying direct pressure, bandaging cuts, managing burns, and recognizing shock.

CPR-C & AED Techniques

Comprehensive CPR compressions, breaths, and AED pad use for adults, children, and infants.

Emergency Scenario Planning

Learning how to evaluate a scene, call 911, and coordinate with emergency responders.
