The course
About this course
A 90-minute session that gives your team the confidence to act when someone is choking. Your instructor covers how to prevent choking, how to tell a mild obstruction from a severe one, and what to do for each. Everyone practises the techniques until the movements come without thinking. Each person leaves with a BraveHeart certificate and a one-page handout.
