Standard (Intermediate) First Aid

Covers injury and illness assessment, wounds, burns, fractures, medical emergencies, environmental exposure, and CPR/AED skills. Includes certification, renewal guidance, and instruction aligned with Workplace Safety and Insurance Board standards.

CPR / AED

Focused CPR training with Automated External Defibrillator practice for adults, children, and infants. Learn essential response techniques for cardiac emergencies, airway support, and high-quality chest compressions. Suitable for all skill levels—from beginners to refreshers.

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Designed for healthcare providers and first responders (including paramedics). Emphasizes team-based response, efficient ventilation, and high-quality CPR in healthcare settings.

Marine Basic First Aid
