We teach how to use a tourniquet in every BraveHeart course, with hands-on practice so you feel comfortable and steady when using it.
This stainless steel key chain is built to carry small pills securely wherever you go. While it can hold any medication you choose, we include four 81 mg Aspirin tablets so you have them available if they’re recommended by your care provider.
