  • To be eligible for a Basic First Aid recertification course, your current certificate must still be valid on the day of training. Recertification updates your skills, extends your certification for another three years, and must be completed before your existing certification expires.

  • If you can’t make your scheduled class, you can reschedule at no extra cost. While we offer flexible rebooking options, no refunds are provided for no-shows. Early notice helps us open your spot to another participant and keep class sizes small.
