Once registered, you’ll get a booking confirmation and course details by email. This includes location, start time, and any preparation instructions. For blended learning formats, your online modules will be sent before your class date.

To join a CPR/AED recertification course, your current certificate must be valid on the training day. Recertification refreshes your skills, covers the latest Canadian Red Cross guidelines, and extends your certification for three more years. Complete it before your current certification expires.

If you can’t attend your scheduled class, you may reschedule at no extra cost. While we offer flexible rebooking, no refunds are given for no-shows. Early notice helps us open your spot and maintain small class sizes.
