We’re proud to support workplaces, schools, offices, and communities across Nova Scotia. Our goal is to make practical first aid skills accessible and useful for your group.

You can host training at your own site or request a location from us. Once your date is confirmed, we’ll assign an instructor and handle all the details. If your group works in a specialized setting, just let us know. We’re happy to tailor training scenarios to fit your real-world risks.

Minimum Group Size

Private Group Training is for groups of 4 or more.

This meets certification standards and gives everyone a full experience.

If you have fewer than 4, individual seats are available at our Kentville HQ.

Group Pricing

The group rate covers up to 8 people.


For more than 8, just add the per-person rate for each extra participant.

Additional Notes

There’s no maximum group size. Bring as many people as you like.

If your group is large, we can help plan—things like room size and extra instructors may be needed.

Details

  • We’ll need each participant’s full name and unique email before the course

  • The Canadian Red Cross emails certificates directly

  • Shared or duplicate emails can’t be used

  • We’re happy to send a group copy of certificates if needed

What if plans change?

  • Cancel 7+ days ahead → no charge

  • Cancel within 7 days → $300

  • No-shows on the day → not refunded

  • BraveHeart may reschedule due to low enrollment (under 4), instructor illness, or unsafe weather — if that happens, we’ll find a date that works for you

Keeping Payments Simple

  • One invoice will be issued for your group

  • Payment due within 30 days (unless otherwise arranged)

  • Please CC us if forwarding to your accounting department

  • You handle internal payments — we’ll keep things simple on our end

What We Need From You

  • Confirm training address and parking/access info

  • Share contact info for someone on-site that day

  • Let us know about any room setup needs (whiteboard, table layout, etc.)
